Jen is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist based in Colorado, providing virtual services and a blog focused on how to optimize bone health. She has well over a decade of experience in bone health, insulin resistance and weight loss. Jen is also a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist and loves to help people reduce insulin resistance, which is optimal for bone health!
